We begin every project with an analysis, where we ask questions;
conduct meetings, interviews, and research; gather information; and
help our clients identify project objectives. A thorough analysis enables
us to better understand our audience and provides the foundation
for the scope and design of the product.

During conceptualization, we explore preliminary design ideas, consider technology implementation, and create paper or technical
prototypes. These concepts are evaluated on how well they address
the objectives and whether they meet budget and production
constraints.

This is the blue print to guide the implementation or development of the
project. To help us think through every aspect of the project before
valuable time is spent in development, we generate a development plan,
a flow board, an assets list, flowcharts, and of course, a functional
specification.

Our technical staff implements the specifications of the blueprint and
continues to work with the design team to build the engine, piecing
together the essential elements to create the product.

We take the product for a test run by testing, retesting, and fixing bugs.
